Welcome!

Welcome to the Spencerport Sports Booster Club (SSBC) website! The SSBC needs YOU! SSBC is the club that supports all sport teams through concessions and fundraising. Thank you to all our members - especially those who have helped with the concessions this past year! We could not be successful without your help! Please fill out and return our membership form if you are not already a member! It is expected that all parents of a Ranger student-athlete join the SSBC.

Meetings
Monthly meetings for the Booster Club for 2009-2010 will be held on the first Monday of each month in the District Office Building, Room 15, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. The dates are on the District calendar on this website. You may contact one of the officers to confirm meeting dates.

Activities
The SSBC is responsible for concessions during each sport season.  In the fall, we host boys and girls soccer games which will be held at the high school stadium this fall due to construction of a new turf field at the soccer stadium. In addition, concessions are set up at our home varsity, JV and modified football games in our concession stand at the HS stadium as well as boys and girls volleyball games in the HS East cafeteria.

During the winter season we open concessions for boys and girls basketball and wrestling. Our indoor concession stand is located in the East Cafeteria. In the spring, we run concessions for boys and girls track meets and boys and girls lacrosse. We are happy to open concessions for other events. Feel free to contact a board member for information and assistance.

The SSBC supports pizza parties at the end of each modified teams’ season and supported various teams through advertisements in programs.

Fundraising
We also have other ongoing fundraisers throughout the year – annual Toy Sale for Sports in April, seasonal dinners and breakfasts at the preseason meetings, Sports Booster Club shirts, decals, lanyards, thunder sticks, water bottles and our Ranger mittens and cushions which are very popular for gifts! The Ranger cushions, which many parents have been asking for, sell for $20. We also sell Ranger Mittens, which are waterproof/flannel material!  The mittens are $7 per pair. Ranger water bottles and lanyards are $3. You can purchase any of the above items at our concession stands. See the file posted below, it is an order form for purchases of Ranger clothing items.

Volunteers Needed
We are always in need of volunteers to help with set up, sales and clean up. Please stop by our concession stand if you would like to help out.  We can always use more hands! It is fun and enjoyable helping our student-athletes!

Each Modified A and JV student-athlete parent is expected to work on concessions at one varsity game and each varsity parent is expected to work one JV game.

Please consider joining our club by filling out a membership form - linked below - which you can download and print, and by attending a monthly meeting, helping with a fundraiser, or assisting at the concession stands. We are always open to new ideas and help.
