Please note that the State Education Department has approved Ms. Patricia Hartigan for temporary employment as substitute treasurer at the Spencerport Central School District from Aug. 8 - Dec. 31, 2018.
Ms. Hartigan has been approved under Section 211 of Retirement and Social Security Law and §80-5.5 of Commissioners Regulations and the per diem rate for this position is $50.00/hour. With this waiver, Ms. Hartigan has the right to continue to receive her pension as well as the agreed upon compensation while employed by Spencerport Central School District for the specified duration of the waiver granted by the New York State Education Department.
