COVID 19 resources and return to school
This section of our website is devoted to providing resources and updates related to the COVID-19 global pandemic and our efforts during the 2021-22 school year.

Please be assured that all decisions prioritize the health and well-being of our students and staff and follow the latest New York State mandates and guidelines. We also remain in contact with the Monroe County Department of Public Health to inform our district decisions.

Monroe County: positive test reporting form

April 29, 2022:

MCDPH announced that it will discontinue contract tracing notification to school districts.

Please be aware schools are still required to report any new cases to the NYS (New York State) COVID-19 Report Card, and Spencerport families should continue to report COVID-19 cases to attendance or the school health office.

Individuals will no longer receive isolation or quarantine orders from the MCDPH. They will need to utilize the NYS Affirmation of Isolation and NYS Affirmation of Quarantine forms. If assistance is needed to determine how long a student needs to isolate at home, please contact the health office. For additional information, visit the MCDPH website at https://www.monroecounty.gov/health-COVID-19.

As always, the best way to prevent the spread of illness is to keep students who are sick at home and to use COVID-19 home test kits, which are available for pick up at each of our school buildings.
