The Office of Student Information Services has six major functions.

- Administer and Coordinate Support Services for Students: The office is responsible for District Registration and the maintenance of all student information and records including: student registration, attendance, report cards, schedules, student conduct, transcript or historical information, and the student management system - Infinite Campus.
- Data Collection and Verification: The office coordinates the collection and reporting of data through the student management system for NYS reporting.
- District Testing and Assessment Reporting: The office coordinates the administration, scoring and reporting of student information used for making determinations about the need for academic intervention services and school improvement.
- Tutoring Services and the District Learning Center: The office coordinates the administration and delivery of tutoring services for students who are physically unable to attend school, have been suspended from school, or for students who are awaiting appropriate placement through the Committee on Special Education. The District Learning Center provides tutoring services for many of these students.
- Family Support Center: The Family Support Center is a no fee short-term counseling service that is available to all students and their families who reside in the Spencerport Central School District. The Family Support Center serves, supports and collaborates with families, school professionals and others to remove emotional, behavioral and interpersonal barriers to student learning, achievement and well-being.

Drug & Alcohol Counseling: The Drug and Alcohol Counselor is available as a resource to students, parents and staff members in the district who are in need of support in regards to issues with alcohol, nicotine or other drugs of abuse. Mrs. Zobkiw is responsible for planning drug and alcohol abuse prevention activities throughout the district, facilitation of the Youth Risk Behavior Survey every two years, referral to outside treatment agencies when needed and supporting students who may violate the district code of conduct in the area of drugs and alcohol.
