Registration procedures for new students
Families are enrolled into our schools starting with the Central Registrar. The process for enrolling in the Spencerport Central School District starts with the Central Registrar. To begin the registration process, please download the fillable PDF files found below.
The following documents must be completed in their entirety to initiate the registration process:
In addition to the files above, the following are required supplemental documentation needed at the time of the appointment to complete the registration process.
1. Proof of Age and Name
2. Immunization records
3. Health records
4. Verification of residency
5. Student’s last report card
6. Copy of your student's IEP or 504 Plan if applicable.
When you have completed all the forms, parent(s) are asked to call and schedule a brief registration appointment at District Office with the Central Registrar, Anthony Trinchera. Mr. Trinchera can be reached by phone at 585-349-5114. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. No walk-ins, please.
Parents are requested to contact Anthony Trinchera for information on the process to follow for a change of address.

KINDERGARTEN registration preparation begins in January of each year for children who will be five years of age on or before December 1. The kindergarten registration process is administered by the individual elementary school. Please contact the elementary school appropriate to your address for further information. If you do not know which school to contact, you can call Anthony Trinchera, central registrar, at 585-349-5114.
