Spencerport School Budget Vote and Board of Education Election

(via absentee ballot only)

This notice is sent pursuant to New York Governor Executive Order No. 202.26 to provide information regarding the Spencerport Central School District’s 2020 Annual Meeting and General Election.


• Voting will take place by absentee ballot only.

• The district will mail two absentee ballots to all qualified voter households, with a postage paid return envelope. If a household requires additional absentee ballots, please contact the District Clerk at 585-349-5101 or email

• In all cases, the deadline for the return of all ballots to the district office is 5 p.m. on Tue., June 9 to be counted. Under education law, ballots are invalid if received later than this time.

• a United States citizen
• at least 18 years of age
• a resident of the Spencerport Central School District for at least 30 days before the vote

The chart below reports the total number of voters in the last 11 years, along with the approval rate. According to the Board of Elections, there are approximately 10,000 eligible voters in the Spencerport School district.
