Security Department
The Spencerport Security Department is responsible for multiple aspects of security across the District. The Department coordinates:
- Raptor Visitor Management
- District Safety Plans
- Building Security
- Event Security
- Workplace Violence Program
Below is further information about some of these programs.
Raptor Visitor Management
Each visitor to a school building, District Office, will be required to present a photo ID upon arrival to gain entry into the building for your appointment. The photo identification will be scanned through the Raptor Visitor Management System to protect the safety and security of our students and staff.
District Safety Plans
The District is required to have a districtwide safety plan in place. The current board approved plan is available here:

Workplace Violence Program
The Spencerport Central School District has a robust workplace violence program in place which includes a policy statement, a reporting and investigation process, and an annual review by the District safety team. The policy statement, plan, and accompanying report form are available here:

Should you need to file a report you may print out the above reporting form and submit it to Rich Aureli in the Security Department located at the High School.
