Absentee ballots available

Voting for the 2022-23 Spencerport Central School District budget and school board election will occur in-person on Tuesday, May 17, with a renewed absentee option due to COVID-19.

New York State will allow concerns regarding potential exposure to COVID-19 as a reason for requesting an absentee ballot again this year, and voters interested in casting an absentee ballot can select that option by checking “temporary illness or physical disability” on the absentee ballot application.

You may also contact District Clerk Marcy Clapper at [email protected] or (585) 349-5101 to request an absentee ballot application, or with additional questions.
  • If you request an absentee ballot be sent to you by mail, a completed absentee application must be received by the district clerk at least seven days before the vote – by Tuesday, May 10 at 4 p.m.
  •  If you plan to pick up the absentee ballot in-person at our District Office building you have until the day before the vote to submit an absentee application – Monday, May 16 by 4 p.m.
All absentee ballots must be received no later than 5 p.m. on the day of the vote, Tuesday, May 17.
