The Technology Advisory Committee is established by the Superintendent of the Spencerport Central School District as a school/community advisory group regarding the development of recommendations to provide updated technology for the students and staff of the District.

In this advisory capacity, the Technology Advisory Committee reviews and revises the long-range technology plan:
Reviews emerging technology and applications for future implementation
Assesses district technology needs and priorities developing a total cost of ownership plan
Provide input to the staff development office for a plan that is consistent with the district’s technology and software
Recommended Membership

The committee should include:

4 community representatives
4 teachers high, middle, elementary as per union recommendations
1 school administrator
1 student
1 computer services staff
1 member of the Board of Education
Ad Hoc Members: Rick Wood, Director for Business Operations; and Dan Milgate, Assistant Superintendent
