WiFi access for students

District access points for WiFi

Families without Wi-Fi access at home can connect to any district-issued laptop to the district's network at each of our six schools and the District Office.

If necessary, families can park in the areas listed below and connect
the district-issued laptop to the District's Wi-Fi. Doing so will allow students an opportunity to download and submit materials posted in Schoology. Obviously, this is subject to change if a shelter-in-place order is released by local, state, or federal officials.

WiFi access points

At each of the locations listed above, it is recommended to park as close to the building as possible. District-issued laptops should connect automatically to the SCSD-Secure Wi-Fi option. If the device does not connect automatically, choose SCSD-Secure from the wireless network selection at the lower right corner of the screen. Once connected, students will be able to log in to the network just as they would during a regular school day.

Parents and students who need assistance with district-issued devices, or accessing instructional technology are urged to call 349-5106 Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. District Tech support is available to offer assistance.

With the recent county-wide closing of our schools, Spencerport teachers will move to online instruction for grades 6-12. This transition will ensure that teaching and learning continue throughout this closing.
