2022 Capital Improvement Project

2022 Capital Improvement Project vote
Community voters are encouraged to cast their ballots on Tuesday, Dec. 13, on a 2022 Capital Improvement Project totaling $23.4 million. The referendum, which represents a minimal to no impact on taxpayers, proposes:
  • additional safety and security measures including new secured vestibule entrances; and
  •  extensive infrastructure repairs and replacements, including roofing, HVAC systems, boilers and paving.

This project prioritizes needs by building and provides a blueprint for the district to develop a phase 2 project in the future. The project also aligns with the district fiscal accountability in its short and long-term planning with minimal to no tax impact.

If approved, the project will be in design and under review for much of the 2023 year with construction beginning in 2024 and completed in 2025.
