Long-Range Financial Committee

The Long-Range Financial Planning Committee helps the district strategically think ahead to prepare for future financial challenges and opportunities. This committee's work is to:

• Develop a common knowledge of the district’s budget, finances, and planning assumptions 
• Understand the connections among programs, operations, staffing, revenues, and expenditures
• Review revenue, spending, enrollment, and other relevant data to identify trends that may affect the district
• Explore key questions, information needs, and considerations that shape a sustainable multi-year financial plan
• Share community perspectives, ask questions, and support clear communication of financial information to the broader community
