The purpose of this guide is to ensure that all communications from Spencerport are presented with consistency and cohesiveness across all schools and departments.

Our district logos and new Spencer Ranger cub may be used for all internal and external materials and communications. Every school may use these logos and images for professional use only so that our learning community may easily distinguish our communications as official and authorized.

Requestor name, email address, and organization
- Logo requested and file format
- Purpose of use (personal use for_____; professional use for____)
- Duration of use
Unauthorized use

Outside/external/personal use of our logos for materials, online content, or social media is prohibited. Express written permission must be granted for external use through the Office of Communication in collaboration with the Superintendent.

Any use of our Ranger Bear or logos for fundraisers, product resale and other commercial profit is prohibited without prior approval.
