Please provide one (1) item that is listed in Category A (primary document) and three (3) items that are listed in Category B (supporting documents):
CATEGORY A
- Mortgage statement
- Signed lease
- Dual Residency (defined as living with another family) - please make an appointment with the central registrar to register your student (585) 349-5114
CATEGORY B
- Recent utility bills (example: water bill, gas and electric bill, cable bill)
- Current pay stub
- Bank statement
- Recent tax bill
- Document from a government agency
- Recent car insurance bill
- Driver's license, permit, or non-driver ID (address on front)
