Security check-in required for BOE meetings

As part of our ongoing efforts to continually enhance safety and security, we are now utilizing the Raptor system upon entry into our District Office building for all attendees of board meetings. A valid driver’s license is required for entry to the meeting. Spencerport students attending for recognitions or for class assignments may bring their student ID.

  Public attendance

The board of education welcomes residents of the Spencerport Central School District to attend its meetings in person. If you plan to attend, please notify Marcy Clapper, the district clerk, at 349-5101.

This count will help us to accommodate for room capacity and arrange seating for physical distancing.

  Privilege of the Floor

Pre-registration is required on a first-come, first-served basis for the three available openings to speak in the 30-minute allotment. Please contact Marcy Clapper, district clerk, at 349-5101 to register to speak.

Remarks should be limited to 5 minutes or less for confirmed speakers. The board will listen to input but will not respond except to refer any specific concerns to the superintendent for follow-up. Questions should be answered within a week if possible.
