Volunteer Requirements:

Attending a Volunteer Orientation is the first step in becoming a volunteer in any of the Spencerport schools and/or being involved in any field trip or extra-curricular activity. It will take about an hour of your time, and will open the door to participate in many opportunities involving your own child or others in a variety of ways.

Orientation sessions are conducted throughout the year in the Volunteer Office at the Terry A. Taylor School at times suitable to personal schedules. If you have an interest in helping students, a willingness to work under the supervision of appropriate staff, and agree to comply with rules set forth by the district we'd love to meet you. You'll never be assigned to any volunteer position without your consent.

Please call to set up an appointment or join one of the orientation sessions already planned. (Please check the website for upcoming dates.) We meet with volunteers every week, and we do our best to work around your schedule. The office is open each day from 8:30 am - 4 pm. We hope to hear from you!
