Application Procedure and Guidelines for e-flyer distribution
Submit a PDF copy of the flyer to [email protected] or Virtual Backpack Coordinator.
- Flyers must be submitted by the person running the event (coach/musical director), administrative assistant or PTA chairperson.
- Flyer must be submitted at least 2 weeks before your event date.
- Flyers will not be posted earlier than 3 weeks prior to event.
- Flyers are only posted for non-profit companies or organizations.
- If your event is canceled you agree to notify the virtual backpack coordinator. We reserve the right to post the cancellation through our website.
- Each Flyer must include the following:
- Name of contact person
- Name and phone number of the organization
- “The Spencerport Central School District neither sponsors nor endorses this event, the information stated above and the District assumes no responsibility for it” – center at bottom of page in smaller font size.
- Flyers that are in conflict with district-sponsored programs will not be approved.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or retract any e-flyer posting.
