New York State law requires proof of state mandated immunizations at the time of registration or re-entering students to the District. All immunization requirements must be met within 14 days of the first day of school attendance for students coming from another New York School. For students coming from another state or out of the country, immunization requirements must be met within 30 days of the first day of school attendance. If these requirements are not met, your child may be excluded from school until the requirements are met.
