Registration procedures for new students during COVID19 

The process for enrolling in the Spencerport Central School District starts with the Central Registrar. To begin the registration process, please download the fillable PDF files found below.

The following documents must be completed in their entirety to initiate the registration process:

In addition to the files above, the following are required supplemental documentation to complete the registration process.

3. Health records
4. Verification of residency
5. Student’s last report card
6. Copy of your student's IEP or 504 Plan if applicable. 

When you have completed all the forms, parent(s) are asked to email or scan all of the required registration forms and supplemental documentation to the Central Registrar, Kathleen Rodriguez at   While we are using an electronic process to facilitate student registration, the district is now scheduling appointments to complete the student registration process on an as- needed basis. For residents without internet access, please contact Andrea Romano at 585-349-5150 to make arrangement for receiving and submitting the required registration materials.

Following the initial registration contact to determine residency, an appointment will be made with you by the building that your student will attend. This second appointment is required to complete the registration process and will be scheduled when safe to do so.

Kindergarten Registration

KINDERGARTEN registration begins in January of each year for children who will be five years of age on or before December 1. The kindergarten registration process is administered by the individual elementary school. Please contact the elementary school appropriate to your address for further information.
